Submission of the EPC Inspection order form, creates a binding contract between you and Metropolis Energy assessors for the supply of an EPC inspection.

Rights of Cancellation:
Metropolis Energy Assessors reserves the right to cancel or delay an EPC inspection at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse to carry out inspections for certain parties, or in certain postcode areas, that are deemed dangerous or outside of our area of operation.

You will only have the right to cancel an EPC instruction prior to payment being made.
