How we use the information you provide us:
The information we collect is used to process your registration and orders that you make. We collect information such as your name, company, address, telephone numbers, email address and in some cases third party details. We may also collect credit or debit card information, for non credit account online orders.
Our EPC inspections are carried out by in house employees, and as a result, your information is not passed on to third parties. If we cannot fulfil the services you request from us, with your prior consent we will pass your details on to third parties. We may from time to time contact you to inform you of in house services that we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to contact you, please inform us by email.
How we protect your information:
Although the internet is not 100% secure, we take all precautions to ensure your data is kept safe. The use of passwords, firewalls and encrypted data prevent access to your data to a very high degree. However, we cannot warrant or ensure the security of the information you send us, and you do so at your own risk.
Hard copy information we do hold is kept in an alarmed, secure premises.
