Lettings Agents, HIP providers and solicitors:
To order an EPC inspection; click ORDER EPC ONLINE » in the agents box, you will then be asked to fill out an EPC Inspection order form. This is then submitted to us. We will then contact you with regard to key collection, and confirm the appointment.
The EPC is then emailed to you, usually within 24 hours of carrying out the inspection. You are then invoiced accordingly.

Landlords:
Click on ORDER EPC ONLINE » in the landlords box. You will then be asked to complete an EPC inspection form, and make payment via PayPal. Once successfully submitted, we will contact you to organise the best time to carry out the EPC inspection. The EPC will then be sent to you via email or post, usually within 24 hours of carrying out the inspection. Landlords with over ten properties should contact us, to discuss potential bulk discounts.
